This reservation is not a contract to provide car rental. You will be required to sign a rental agreement (which will be governed by the law of the country in which the rental takes place) at the start of your rental.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR RENTAL

• Minimum age to rent or drive a vehicle is 23 years. A Young Driver Surcharge may apply for those aged under 25.
• Drivers License - At the time of rental all drivers must produce a full valid license which has been held for at least one year.
• Photo Identification - the renter will be required to produce a photographic identification, either the new format drivers license which carries a photograph or another document (preferably passport) to confirm identity. At some locations additional identification may be required so please check Location Additional Information for these details.
• Method of Payment - at the rental station payment may be made using major credit cards. Please see Location Additional Information for details
• Damage Excess - A damage excess will apply to most rentals. This amount will vary by car size but can be waived by the purchase of an Excess Waiver. Please see Location Rental Information on the next step for details.
• N.B. at some locations the damage excess amount may be charged at the time of rental and refunded when the vehicles is returned undamaged.
