Vehicle Type

All rentals are subject to the terms and conditions on the rental agreement. Only vehicle categories as opposed to model types can be confirmed at the time of booking.

Minimum Rental

Minimum rent periods are one day that is a 24-hour period from the time the vehicle is collected or leaves the Budget location for delivery. The hourly rate after 24 hours is one-third of the applicable daily rate.

Rental Extension

Should a renter wish to extend the rental, then it is recommended that such a request be made at the renting Budget Office as soon as possible so that every effort can be made to accommodate the request. Any extension of rental must be paid at local rates to the nearest Budget location prior to the extended rental period commencing.

Return of Vehicle

The return of a vehicle prior to the nominated date does not entitle the renter to any refund on the unused portion of the originally agreed rental cost. In extenuating circumstances we will consider refunds for more than three days upon written request.
